I just ran a test. Content I uploaded using OneDrive plays about immediately in music.xbox.com but content that isn't uploaded via OneDrive (Normal Music Pass songs) gives that error. According to my business relationship at the Xbox website, my Music Pass is valid until August 2016, so I don't think that is the effect. I've cleared my cookies and cache but the problem persists. I idea perchance it was a connection outcome, but the fact OneDrive songs play flawlessly negates that idea.
I wonder if there is some sort of back-finish issue where Xbox Music isn't able to determine if I'm immune to heed to Music Laissez passer content. This would explicate why I cannot play songs I don't own, merely can play those I do or song samples. I use music.xbox.com at work, but haven't nevertheless tried to play Music Pass content at dwelling.

This error appears at my work estimator and not my home PC or personal devices. Since I have limited control over my work PC, in that location isn't much I tin can exercise there. I'1000 wondering what is making OneDrive deliver content through Xbox Music flawlessly, but Music Pass content doesn't come though.
I wish the mistake message on Xbox Music was more descriptive every bit to what the trouble actually is. I can understand not wanting to scare the customer with technical information, simply such a general message makes it difficult to troubleshoot.

It might just be a modify in a firewall or whitelist, made past local IT. The content itself when you're streaming doesn't come from a "music.xbox.com" URL. You lot may desire to check that side of things since this was working before.

I won't exist able to do much of anything until I become back to piece of work and see what happens. I think something similar happened with Music Unlimited, or was it All Access, a few years ago, but never with Xbox Music. That fourth dimension, the error resolved itself after a few weeks.
I've tried Firefox and IE.
In that location's lilliputian signal in a screen shot since no technical information is given. At music.xbox.com, I click on a Music Pass vocal to play. After a few seconds waiting for the song to start, music.xbox.com darkens and a white error message from it comes up and reads:
Sorry, we can't play right at present. Please endeavour again before long.
Deplorable, nosotros took too long to play that time. Please effort over again.
No mistake codes or anything, simply that bulletin and push button to dismiss the bulletin.

This may exist an internal issue at my workplace with some kind of whitelist or filter, since I can play all Xbox Music content at home without issue.

This is happening to me, too. Unlike the other affiche, it happens randomly to my music on onedrive, not only with music pass (music pass seems to work).
Notwithstanding, I can play the music straight from the onedrive app, so I don't think it is a connection issue, rather an xbox music issue.
